What does it do ?

Adderuppa keeps track of time spent on projects and tasks, plus sundry costs, and calculates how much money you should be charging, within a simple to use, browser-based interface.

It is aimed principally at freelancers or small businesses, but could be used by a business of any size that needs to charge on an hourly basis.

The heart of the application is its start / stop timer that automatically records time spent on a task. No need to enter times manually, simply navigate to your list of open tasks, click the timer, and get on with using your time productively. A timer can be started and stopped as often as necessary, and each timed event can be edited, useful for when you forget to hit stop. Multiple tasks can be timed simultaneously, and multiple users can be assigned to a single task.

Sundry costs can be assigned to projects. You can link as many costs as necessary to a project, and charge different amounts for different projects, allowing complete flexibility.

A series of simple reports give an overview of how your business is performing. They can be used to break down income over user-defined periods of time, and segmented by date, client, project or user. These reports will quickly show you whether you are charging enough for your time, and will enable you to quote much more accurately.
