Can I try it before paying ?
For sure, yes. You will be able to try adderuppa for free for 30 days after creating an account. The free trial will include full functionality, all features, the whole lot.

Does it really cost only £1.00 per month ?
That's the minimum charge you will need to pay in order to keep your account active, yes. You will be able to pay as much as you think appropriate on top of this amount.

Are you mad ?
We love using what we have built, and think that others may also. If people enjoy something, they tend, in our experience, to want to show their appreciation for it. By asking people to pay a minimum fee at the outset and decide for themselves whether the service fulfills a given need, we are appealing to that side of human nature that is largely pushed to one side in business transactions.

Why bother charging at all ?
We decided to set a minimum of £1.00 so that we can tell whether an account is active and clear out those that are not.

What taxes are payable ?
Under EU rules relating to Electronically Supplied Services and Broadcasting Services, we are obliged to charge VAT at 17.5% on this service. VAT will not be charged to account holders outside of the EU, or to non-UK, EU businesses who provide a valid VAT Number. Click here for more information.

Can I pay a different amount each month ?
Indeed you can. You will be able to define your very own monthly tariff, so if you've used adderuppa extensively one month you will be able to say thanks by paying a little extra ( if you feel like it ). Conversely, if you go away on holiday for a few weeks and have no use of the service, simply reduce the amount you pay for that month.

Can I buy a copy to install on my server ?
No, adderuppa is a hosted service, it is not available as an installable product.

Do you have an API ?
Not yet, but we will in time.

Can I export my data ?
Not yet, but you will be able to in time.
